By accessing or purchasing from this website you agree to the following terms.

Brand information

Kits Republic sells fan-version football shirts. Kits Republic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any club, league, tournament, or sportswear brand referenced on this website.

Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities
  • discontinue products at any time
  • modify product specifications

Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

Customers receive an order confirmation email after payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact support.

We may cancel orders if:

  • a pricing error has occurred
  • fraud or abuse is suspected

Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant payment provider.

Sizing

Please make sure you choose the right size before placing your order. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping and customs

Shipping is included in the product price. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 days, shipping transit normally takes 6-17 days, and the total estimated delivery time is 7-20 days from the date of purchase.

Customs inspections, local import procedures, or carrier delays may occasionally delay delivery after shipment. Tracking may stay unchanged while the parcel is waiting for customs clearance or before the local carrier receives it. This can take several days and is outside our control. A delayed order that is still in transit is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or automatic compensation because of the delay.

In very rare cases, approximately 1 in 5,000 orders, customs may seize a package. If tracking, the carrier, or a reasonable investigation confirms customs seizure, Kits Republic will take care of replacing the order. The replacement shipment may extend the total delivery time.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Kits Republic is not responsible for import charges applied in different countries.

Returns, exchanges, and personalized items

Eligible non-personalized items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged according to our Refund Policy. For voluntary returns or exchanges, the shipping cost for returning the item to our supplier is the customer's responsibility.

Football shirts printed with a custom name or number cannot be returned or exchanged, except when there is a confirmed quality issue.

Quality issues

If your package arrives with a quality issue, contact us and send a clear video showing the problem. We will review it and take care of after-sales support.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact customer support before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is opened without prior contact, we reserve the right to:

  • dispute the chargeback
  • provide evidence to the payment provider
  • block future purchases from the same customer

Acceptable use

You may not use our products or this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the site.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our products, including delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on the website is inaccurate or incomplete. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
