We accept return, refund, or exchange requests within 14 days from delivery for eligible non-personalized items. This policy explains when an item is eligible, who pays the return shipping cost, and what information we need before approving a request.

Before you return anything
Contact us first and wait for instructions before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the email used for the purchase, the reason for the request, and clear photos or a video if there is a quality issue.
Article 1: Defective or damaged products
If your item arrives with a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible and send a clear video showing the problem. We will review the case and take care of after-sales support.
After review, eligible defective items may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded depending on the case.
Article 2: Products not eligible for return or exchange
To protect product quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- missing original packaging or tags
- not in resellable condition
- returned without prior approval from our support team
Article 3: Size exchanges and customer responsibility
Eligible non-personalized items may be exchanged for another size within 14 days from delivery if they are unused and in original condition.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. For voluntary size exchanges, the shipping cost for returning the item to our supplier is the customer's responsibility.
Article 4: Personalized shirts
Football shirts printed with a custom name or number cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for the customer.
The only exception is a confirmed quality issue with the item or print. In that case, contact us with a clear video so we can review it.
Article 5: Delivery delays
Kits Republic prepares orders within the stated processing time. The total estimated delivery time is 7-20 days, including 1-3 days for order processing and 6-17 days for shipping transit. Delivery after shipment may be affected by customs, carrier delays, local holidays, or incorrect address details.
After shipment, the parcel may spend several days in customs or local import processing before the local carrier receives it. During this stage, tracking can stay unchanged or show that the carrier has not received the parcel yet, even though the order is still moving normally. This stage can take 4-5 days and is outside our control.
An order that is delayed but still in transit is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or automatic compensation because the delay is caused by the carrier, customs, or local import processes after shipment.
Article 6: Undelivered or lost orders
If tracking or the carrier confirms that a package was lost, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund.
In very rare cases, approximately 1 in 5,000 orders, customs may seize a package. If tracking, the carrier, or a reasonable investigation confirms customs seizure, Kits Republic will take care of replacing the order. The replacement shipment may extend the total delivery time.
If the order was shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue locally with the carrier.
Article 7: How to request a return, exchange, or refund
Before returning anything, contact us first and wait for instructions. Please include:
- your order number
- the email used for the purchase
- the reason for the request
- clear photos or a video if there is a quality issue
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Article 8: Return shipping costs
For voluntary returns or exchanges, the shipping cost for returning the item to our supplier is the customer's responsibility. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local return fees are also the customer's responsibility.
Article 9: Refund approval and processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
