Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping is included in the product price, so there are no additional shipping fees from Kits Republic at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment.

Delivery times

The total estimated delivery time is 7-20 days from the date of purchase.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Kits Republic prepares orders within the stated processing time, but after an order is shipped the parcel may spend several days in customs or local import processing before the local carrier receives it. During this stage, tracking can stay unchanged or show that the carrier has not received the parcel yet, even though the order is still moving normally. This customs/import stage can take 4-5 days and is outside our control.

Carrier delays, local holidays, weather conditions, customs, local import processes, or incorrect address details may also extend the delivery time after shipment.

An order that is still moving through the carrier network or customs is considered in transit and is not treated as lost until the carrier confirms loss or a reasonable investigation has been completed. A delayed order in transit is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or automatic compensation because of the delay.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

Undelivered or lost packages

If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, when needed, ask the carrier or supplier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund.

In very rare cases, approximately 1 in 5,000 orders, customs may seize a package. If tracking, the carrier, or a reasonable investigation confirms customs seizure, Kits Republic will take care of replacing the order. The replacement shipment may extend the total delivery time.

Customs and import fees

For EU orders, a mandatory €3 charge may appear called the EU import fee. This charge is collected by the European Union, not Kits Republic.

Any other import duty, tax, or customs fee applied by the destination country is also the customer's responsibility.
