Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Product customization
Will my shirt arrive exactly like the product photo, with the same name or number shown?
No. Product photos are for illustration only. If a shirt image shows a player name, number, or badge detail, that does not mean it is included by default.
If you want to add your own name or number, select Customization: Yes on the product page. This option has an additional cost. After selecting it, enter the name and number you want printed before adding the shirt to your cart.
If you only want a number and no name, tick No name, number only and then add your number. This keeps the name blank while preserving the number customization.
For national team shirts, the front number is included by default when you add a number. Tick No front number only if you do not want the number printed on the front.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
The total estimated delivery time is typically 7-20 days: 1-3 days for order processing plus 6-17 days for shipping transit.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is included in the product price, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Can customs charge import fees?
Yes, in some countries customs may apply import duties, taxes, or local fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
What if my package is delayed?
After shipment, the parcel may spend several days in customs or local import processing before the local carrier receives it. During this stage, the tracking link may not update or may say that the carrier has not received the parcel yet. This does not usually mean the package is lost; it is a normal part of the customs/import process and can take 4-5 days.
Carrier issues, customs, local holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect address details may also cause delays after shipment.
A delayed package that is still in transit is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or automatic compensation because of the delay.
What if customs seizes my package?
In very rare cases, approximately 1 in 5,000 orders, customs may seize a package. If tracking, the carrier, or a reasonable investigation confirms customs seizure, Kits Republic will take care of replacing the order. The replacement shipment may extend the total delivery time.
What if my package is not delivered or is lost?
Contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, when needed, ask the carrier or supplier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return football kits if I change my mind?
Yes. Eligible non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days from delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Contact us before sending anything back and see our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes. Eligible non-personalized items can be exchanged within 14 days from delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Size exchanges follow our Refund Policy, and for voluntary exchanges the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please review the Size Guide carefully before ordering.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
For voluntary returns or exchanges, the shipping cost for returning the item to our supplier is the customer's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange a shirt with a custom name or number?
No. Football shirts printed with a custom name or number cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
What if my item has a quality issue?
Contact us and send a clear video showing the issue, together with your order number and purchase email. We will review it and take care of after-sales support.
Payments
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please contact customer support first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. See our Terms of Service for full details.
